Requirements
- Hotel management school degree or certification
- Revenue Management background in hotel industry
- At least five years hotel revenue management experience
- Previous leadership experience (advantageous)
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
- Proficiency in market performance evaluation
- Effective communication of revenue strategies
Tasks
- Develop strategic direction for revenue and capacity management
- Maximize room revenue for franchise hotels
- Prepare daily forecasts and budgets
- Make tactical decisions daily, weekly, and monthly
- Establish and monitor pricing matrices
- Ensure accurate representation across all channels and systems
- Oversee room inventory across all systems
- Communicate need periods and revenue opportunities
- Analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports
- Provide strategic commentary and recommendations
- Offer analytical support
- Work closely with franchise partners and internal stakeholders
- Handle group quotations
- Regularly communicate strategies, results, trends, and required actions
