Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Terminal degree in clinically related area preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO)
- •Over 5 years experience in industry medical or clinical role
- •Track record for creating, managing and completing medical/scientific projects
- •Oncology experience
- •Clinical trial acumen; preferably clinical trial experience and knowledge of GCP
- •Industry/hospital experience in clinical, medical, or scientific liaison role
- •Field experience
- •Medical devices experience
- •Outstanding interpersonal consultative skills
- •Excellent presentation/platform skills
- •Detail oriented
- •Self-motivated continuous scientific, technical and medical learning
- •Ability to manage and prioritize workload, multi-task and manage diverse issues
- •Ability to creatively address problems in organized systematic way
- •Willingness and ability to work within and outside traditional business hours
- •Collaborative style, responsive, considerate, flexible, assertive and personable
- •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and web-based customer and clinical support tools
- •Ability to operate a car and maintain a valid driver’s license
- •Physical ability to operate interventional instrumentation
- •Fluent in English and French or German or Spanish

- •Assist clinical trial sites with on-site support
- •Manage and develop clinical activities in assigned territory
- •Support trial start-up and protocol education
- •Provide expert input on site feasibility and patient recruitment strategies
- •Act as a liaison between Boston Scientific and study sites
- •Identify and address factors impacting patient enrollment and data quality
- •Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- •Provide clinical insights to inform trial strategy and R&D activities
- •Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations teams
- •Provide field intelligence to influence study design and clinical development
- •Participate in clinical trial strategy development
