Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of 25-30 Corporate & Enterprise accounts
- Drive deep platform adoption for DIY and service-supported clients
- Ensure stakeholders realize the full potential of quantilope’s technology
- Lead account renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with senior peers on complex negotiations
- Leverage internal support functions for client success
- Partner with Customer Solutions Consulting for adoption strategies
- Work with Research Enablement & Support for technical guidance
- Coordinate with Research Consulting to provide extra capacity
- Co-develop proactive partnership plans with clients
- Conduct high-level business reviews with key stakeholders
- Present new platform capabilities, including AI-driven innovations
