Requirements

  • Experience in FX/FICC trading, trade support, client service, or account management
  • Familiarity with banking software, ideally FX/electronic trading
  • Strong interest in fintech and enterprise SaaS sales
  • Resilience to navigate long, complex sales cycles
  • Client-centric, consultative mindset
  • Genuine interest in solving customer challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in cross-functional, international environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel internationally bi-weekly to monthly

Tasks

  • Identify and develop new clients, markets, and segments
  • Execute cross- and upselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Create and deliver tailored sales materials and product demos
  • Engage senior stakeholders in commercial discussions
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements
  • Align Sales, Product, and Delivery teams for smooth client setups
  • Support and oversee client onboarding processes
  • Ensure excellent client experience from day one
