Tasks

  • Review documents and system information for completeness
  • Conduct simple data comparisons to ensure accuracy
  • Correct discrepancies in information
  • Perform defined checks
  • Prepare and distribute orders
  • Enter data accurately and timely in relevant systems
  • Scan and copy customs documents
  • Ensure error-free copies and scan files
  • Summarize and organize documents
  • Provide shipments for customs inspection and veterinary clearance
  • Conduct customs and veterinary inspections
  • Serve as a point of contact for authorities (customs, veterinary, plant protection)
  • Locate and provide archived documents
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Create reports
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Manage filing
  • Sort, prepare, and review documents
  • Deliver shipments and documents to customs or other authorities
  • Provide and obtain information about shipments
  • Perform additional tasks as required
