Work Experience

Tasks
- •Own the city's growth in bookings, revenue, supply, and unit economics
- •Act as a hands-on builder: test, push, fix, iterate, and scale successful strategies
- •Identify and pursue opportunities for bookings, including supply gaps and demand spikes
- •Guide landlords in publishing listings, correcting availability, and adjusting pricing
- •Ensure quick responses to opportunities and secure contracts with landlords
- •Resolve operational issues and unblock cases to facilitate bookings
- •Engage in conversations with landlords or tenants when necessary
- •Leverage central teams to enhance growth and learning
- •Track performance metrics daily and weekly to understand booking drivers
- •Determine weekly focus areas: what to push, stop, fix, or double down on
- •Gain a deep understanding of the local market, including pricing and competition
