Tasks
- •Expand housing supply by acquiring new private landlords
- •Onboard key accounts for Wunderflats
- •Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
- •Support tenants and landlords from initial interaction to rental contract
- •Provide long-term support to existing landlords
- •Enhance landlord engagement with the platform
- •Assist landlords in marketing their apartments effectively
- •Ensure smooth booking processes between landlords and tenants
- •Act as an interface with the internal team
- •Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
- •Contribute ideas to improve offerings and processes
