Requirements

  • Experience scaling service businesses in consumer health, healthcare, retail, or hospitality
  • Entrepreneurial nature, comfortable setting direction and handling detail
  • Ambitious about expansion, grounded in experience quality, using customer feedback and operational data
  • Ability to build lasting systems and develop high-performing teams
  • Fluent German and English, willingness to relocate to Berlin
  • Bachelor's degree
