Requirements
- •Based in North Rhine Westphalia
- •Fluent German (C1+)
- •Experience in product management, consulting, operations, or founder-facing role
- •Good product intuition and problem-solving skills
- •Exceptional ownership mindset

- •Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

- •Experience working in regulated environments
Tasks
- •Own Payroll Plus execution end-to-end
- •Plan roadmaps and sprint priorities
- •Track delivery and manage follow-ups
- •Act as the primary product owner
- •Collaborate closely with company founders
- •Translate strategy into product initiatives
- •Convert payroll workflows into scalable solutions
- •Drive discovery and scope MVPs
- •Balance speed, quality, and compliance
- •Design customer-facing and internal tools
- •Write crisp product specifications and docs
- •Report on accuracy and operational metrics
