- •Run sprint planning and track delivery
- •Partner with payroll operations to identify process bottlenecks
- •Translate bottlenecks into product opportunities
- •Design and refine the customer and internal admin dashboards
- •Write clear specifications for features
- •Collaborate with engineering and product management peers
- •Shape the Payroll Plus experience, including UX and performance
- •Define and track success metrics like payroll run accuracy
- •Use AI-assisted tools for UI improvements and optimizations
