Requirements

• •Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or comparable
• •14+ years of multi-national practical experience
• •Experience as enterprise architect or transformation advisor
• •Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation
• •Full end-to-end SAP implementation experience
• •S/4HANA technical or functional knowledge
• •Professional training and certification as a plus
• •Knowledge of SAP strategy and product portfolio
• •Strong customer focus and relationship management
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Strategic thinking, continuous learning, and acumen
• •Understanding of project management methodologies
• •Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
• •Excellent English and German language skills

• •Advance the RISE with SAP initiative
• •Promote Clean Core principles and AI adoption
• •Develop comprehensive reference Enterprise Architecture models
• •Align customer architectures with specific business objectives
• •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of experienced experts
• •Create transformation plans following SAP best practices
• •Ensure customers gain value from standard cloud qualities
• •Identify innovation use cases for AI and BDC
• •Advise on integrated toolchains to drive transformation efficiency
• •Consult customer management on architecture and transformation
• •Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks
• •Accelerate BTP adoption through Clean Core strategy alignment
