Description

You will build and lead a global compliance function for a newly independent entity, ensuring robust risk management while advising senior leadership on regulatory standards and internal rules.

Requirements

• •Degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Compliance
• •Desirable professional compliance certifications or equivalent
• •Ideally 10+ years progressive compliance experience
• •Experience in building or transforming teams
• •Deep understanding of compliance domains
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• •Fluent English and optional additional languages
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Interest in IT and Generative AI
• •Openness to regular rotation and mobility

Tasks

• •Build and lead the global compliance function

• •Steer and manage compliance risk assessments

• •Oversee and manage compliance investigations
• •Develop strategies to handle compliance misconduct
• •Maintain a proportionate and capable organizational structure
• •Ensure team skillsets through continuous upskilling
