- B2B SaaS or cybersecurity vendor experience preferred
- Strong communication, organisational, and partner-facing skills
- Data-driven approach and CRM/PRM tool experience
- English fluency; additional European languages a plus

Tasks
- Oversee distribution and reseller partners in designated territory
- Recruit and onboard new partners for indirect go-to-market strategy
- Train partners on product positioning, value proposition, and sales processes
- Support distributor-led campaigns and partner marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing support and product training
- Manage partner escalations and issues
- Ensure partner compliance with program guidelines, discount structures, and deal registration
- Track and report key performance indicators and pipeline metrics
