- •10 years Automotive R&D project management experience

- •Lead the European Change Request Management team
- •Standardize global Change Request Management processes
- •Manage the end-to-end CRM process through financial closure
- •Develop and implement regional CRM strategies
- •Prioritize daily operational support for OEM projects
- •Collaborate with program managers and software architects
- •Report to customers on CRM tooling interfaces
- •Tailor development processes for European projects
- •Ensure compliance with ASpice and IATF standards
- •Execute HR activities including hiring and coaching
