Requirements

• •Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• •Professional experience in operational or technical environments
• •Experience leading operational teams and cross-functional activities
• •Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle processes
• •Experience with workshop, tooling, or prototype operations
• •Ability to apply structured operational practices
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Clear and confident communication skills
• •Experience in automotive manufacturing or development
• •Demonstrated people leadership experience
• •Fluent English and good German skills
• •Mindset for operational excellence and KPIs
• •Willingness to travel up to 10%
• •Willingness to work in mixed environments

Tasks

• •Lead a team of 8–15 component management professionals
• •Set priorities and allocate resources for stable operations
• •Manage hardware lifecycles and global distribution
• •Oversee warehouse, inventory, and database accuracy
• •Support hardware and software homologation and certification
• •Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management
• •Manage workshop, tooling, and prototype manufacturing
• •Oversee component rework and test setup modifications
• •Coordinate part ordering and pricing alignment
• •Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis
• •Monitor KPIs like delivery and inventory accuracy
• •Execute recruitment, coaching, and performance management
