As a vital link in the finance team, you will drive transformation projects and manage the strategic roadmap while ensuring seamless operational alignment across the company's leadership.

Requirements

• •Degree in finance, business administration, or comparable field
• •2-3 years experience in project management or analysis
• •Track record in Stakeholder Management
• •Understanding of Finance Transformation and change management
• •Knowledge of Asana, Jira, and advanced Excel
• •Proficiency in executive presentations and data visualization
• •Ability to partner with Finance IT and Systems
• •Comfort in hybrid environments and communication skills
• •Proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving mentality
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Manage the day-to-day Finance Roadmap
• •Track complex dependencies and re-prioritize initiatives
• •Support end-to-end cross-functional transformation projects
• •Establish project plans and lead kick-off meetings
• •Provide regular project status updates
• •Manage annual and quarterly financial publication processes
• •Establish standard operating procedures for efficiency
• •Prepare materials for Audit Committees and Board meetings
• •Develop high-level C-suite presentations
• •Maintain the Finance Calendar and ASANA project plan
• •Guide agendas for CFO Governance and Leadership meetings
• •Partner with Finance IT on systems and data models
• •Handle urgent ad-hoc requests for the CFO Office
• •Provide analytical support to reprioritize business initiatives
