Cash Management Specialist(m/w/x)
Supporting European sales team with payment, collections, and liquidity solutions for global corporate and non-bank financial institutions. Experience in business development or cash sales, with corporate and financial markets knowledge required. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales team
- Good knowledge of corporate and financial markets
- Good knowledge of cash management, liquidity, global payment solutions
- Experience with cash sales, pipeline, stakeholder management
- Good commerciality and understanding of deposit/money transmission value
- Good understanding of risk, compliance, regulatory governance
- Understanding of global/regional payments regulations
- Knowledge of complex cash management solutions
- Experience with liquidity solutions (off-balance sheet)
- Knowledge of FX payments and multicurrency solutions
- Understanding of market infrastructures, clearing, settlement systems
- Familiarity with SWIFT, XML ISO 20022, MT Messaging, FileAct
- Fluent German
- Critical skills: risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, job-specific technical skills
- Mandatory regulatory qualifications or minimum qualifications (Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations)
Tasks
- Support the European cash management sales team
- Support VPs and Directors in cash sales
- Collaborate with product, tax, legal, finance, and compliance teams
- Deliver robust, commercially viable cash and liquidity solutions
- Identify potential customers
- Analyze customer needs and preferences
- Stay abreast of emerging market trends
- Monitor competitor strategies
- Create detailed profiles for target customer segments
- Manage relationships with potential and existing customers
- Provide high-quality customer support
- Respond to customer queries
- Resolve customer issues
- Understand customer financial goals and challenges
- Understand banking product features, benefits, risks, and compliance
- Communicate product insights to customers
- Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals
- Negotiate beneficial terms with clients
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Develop reports on key findings
- Inform product development and sales strategies
- Monitor lead conversion rates
- Monitor customer acquisition costs
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement
- Advise and influence decision-making
- Contribute to policy development
- Ensure operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with other functions and divisions
- Lead collaborative assignments
- Guide team members through structured assignments
