Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field
  • Years of experience in healthcare software leadership or minimum 5 years leading technology delivery
  • Experience in Product Development, Technical Project Management or Software Engineering
  • Strong management and team leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
  • Functional knowledge of large-scale PLM systems
  • Knowledge of CMII as an advantage
  • Knowledge in Windchill, Modeler, and Thingworx
  • Knowledge in Azure DevOps and Agile principles
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Create and prioritize Agile team backlogs
  • Author user, defect, and enabler stories
  • Develop detailed feature specifications and instructions
  • Create training materials for relevant teams
  • Communicate product needs for iteration planning
  • Write acceptance criteria and tests
  • Collaborate with leadership on delivery objectives
  • Report on product progress and value delivery
  • Manage dependencies with solution architecture teams
  • Sequence release schedules with delivery managers
  • Lead iteration demonstrations for stakeholders
  • Participate in retrospectives for continuous improvement
  • Identify blockers with other capability architects
  • Improve quality and reduce release times
