- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Empathetic approach and strong teamwork skills
- •Punctuality and reliability
- •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/GSuite
- •Valid work permit and Rote Karte
- •At least A2 level in German and fluency in English

- •Execute shift planning and approve staff holidays
- •Onboard and mentor new staff during their first two weeks
- •Supervise Baristas to ensure task completion meets standards
- •Serve as the main contact for staff questions and concerns
- •Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to provide and collect performance feedback
- •Trial Barista candidates and give performance feedback to HR
- •Work 2-3 shifts per week and cover for absent team members
- •Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager and other Café Supervisors
