Tasks
- •Expand and develop the Payroll and Operations Business Unit
- •Enhance the service portfolio and identify market opportunities
- •Position the HCM practice within the SAP ecosystem
- •Lead and strategically expand a team of payroll experts
- •Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leadership
- •Oversee process management and delivery quality in Operations
- •Manage the overall performance of the Business Unit
- •Support proposals and represent the unit at industry events
- •Standardize methods, templates, and project quality standards
- •Recruit and develop talent using your professional network
