Requirements

  • 5–6+ years in business leadership, strategy, consulting, loyalty, or marketplace operations
  • Strong experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
  • Experience with loyalty programs (automotive aftermarket = strong plus)
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong analytical mindset; KPI/OKR ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • German C1, English fluent
  • Based in Berlin/Hamburg or willing to be hybrid
  • Automotive aftermarket expertise
  • Experience scaling B2B platforms
  • Experience in management consulting

Tasks

  • Own the strategic, operational, and financial success of the loyalty platform
  • Manage the business unit's P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Define, monitor, and achieve KPIs and OKRs for user growth and engagement
  • Create and scale a global loyalty program with a sustainable business model
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources for the business unit
  • Lead the annual roadmap creation for product, marketing, and rewards
  • Facilitate BU ceremonies such as KPI reviews and sprint reviews
  • Ensure collaboration across Marketing, Product, Data/Tech, and Sales
  • Oversee operational processes for marketing campaigns and partner operations
  • Manage relationships with external partners and service providers
  • Communicate transparently with managing directors and key stakeholders
  • Monitor trends in the automotive aftermarket
  • Identify new loyalty mechanics and partnership opportunities
  • Lead the redesign and development of the loyalty program
