Business Systems Consultant - CRM (MCR/LTO/DB) / Website - Sales & Marketing(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM, TYPO3, or WordPress
- Understanding of website and digital channel connection to CRM ecosystems
- Solid grasp of marketing automation and lead management processes
- Knowledge of basic web analytics and tracking concepts
- Understanding of sales and marketing funnels end to end
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Confident communication in Chinese at a professional level (C1 or above)
- Confident communication in English at a professional level (C1 or above)
- German language skills (B1 or above) are a welcome bonus
- Structured and proactive work approach
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working as part of a multinational team
- Detail-oriented and service-first mindset
- Experience with SEO/SEM or digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of GDPR-compliant data handling for marketing
- Exposure to multi-country European marketing rollouts
Tasks
- Gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Digital Planning teams
- Configure and maintain CRM modules for leads, opportunities, accounts, and campaigns
- Support website applications and content management systems
- Integrate lead capture forms with CRM platforms
- Contribute to CRM and website projects like relaunches and campaign rollouts
- Coordinate data flow between web, automation tools, and CRM systems
- Provide 2nd-level support for CRM and website incidents
- Troubleshoot lead flow and campaign execution issues
- Address data quality challenges
- Drive process improvements in Marketing-to-Lead workflows
- Enhance digital engagement channels
- Document configurations, integrations, and processes
- Manage customer and prospect master data
- Handle service requests and incident resolution
