Requirements

  • Experience in business process modeling tools
  • Agile / Scrum knowledge
  • Knowledge of master data management principles
  • Technical skills in translating business requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace
  • High customer orientation
  • Very good in building business relationships
  • Willingness to work in a diverse team
  • English language skills at negotiation level
  • Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment

Tasks

  • Act as a Process Owner Delegate for Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes
  • Model, document, analyze, communicate, and train on the Master Data Management process
  • Align processes between Satair’s Company Management System and Airbus Business Management System
  • Support and manage process transformation projects
  • Collaborate in process discovery and design workshops
  • Establish and control Process Performance Indicators
  • Monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Incorporate requirements applicable to processes and ensure compliance
  • Validate IT change requests affecting Master Data Management
  • Create and follow up on IT Change Requests
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate developments via User Acceptance Tests
  • Work closely with the Process Owner and other Delegates to share updates, issues, and best practices

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
