Requirements
- •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum 3 years)
- •Strong organizational and independent work skills
- •Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- •Experience in business analysis and process improvement
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- •Microsoft certification
- •Familiarity with ServiceNow and Plan View
- •Technical/development experience with D365 configuration
- •Project and time management skills
- •Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Serve as the primary contact for D365 issues at the Muenster facility
- •Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue with Hitachi
- •Coordinate with Hitachi for timely issue resolution and enhancements
- •Assess and improve business processes in operations, shipping, and finance
- •Document system changes according to governance processes
- •Support users with D365 transactions and troubleshoot challenges
- •Review and address backlog items, bugs, and enhancement requests in Azure DevOps
- •Lead or support projects to enhance business efficiency
- •Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
- •Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
