- Administer D365 Power Platform and MS Admin Console
- Design and build D365 Security and Role configurations
- Ensure business security and regulatory compliance
- Optimize license cost for D365
- Understand D365 Azure public cloud implementations
- Manage application lifecycle requirements and updates
- Implement integration technologies and best practices
- Utilize MS Power BI for data and analytics
- Evaluate business operations for improvement opportunities
- Translate technical concepts into actionable items
- Provide thought leadership to business stakeholders
- Influence strategic solution delivery
- Resolve software support issues urgently and prevent recurrence
- Refine processes and procedures on-site
- Translate business requirements into technical objectives
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Favor standard D365 F&O functionality over complex customizations
- Identify and address gaps in legacy systems
- Collaborate with PMO for project delivery
