Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
• •Desirable training in Six Sigma or Prosci
• •Experience in mapping and streamlining processes
• •Ability to deliver complex process improvements
• •Experience identifying organizational improvement opportunities
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Experience facilitating workshops and training
• •Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• •Proficiency in MS Office
• •Knowledge of process mapping tools
• •Experience with Miro
• •Experience with Power BI
• •ClickUp experience as a strong plus
• •Fluency in English
• •Knowledge of other languages as a plus
• •Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Tasks

• •Lead process improvement projects

• •Map and analyze current workflows
