Requirements

  • •Third-level qualification with strong academic track record
  • •Strong interest in capital markets
  • •Relevant experience in investment industry
  • •Energy, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • •Proven team player characteristics and interpersonal skills
  • •Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • •Experience in business development and preparing business proposals
  • •Understanding of institutional investment landscape and structures
  • •Experience with private-markets asset classes such as private equity/private debt
  • •Creative thinking with high standards of output
  • •Ability to communicate complex issues simply and coherently
  • •Very good German and English speaking and writing skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s investment research and client solutions
  • •Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership on business development activities
  • •Own key sales deliverables, including new business proposals and pitch materials
  • •Support the rollout of new tools and product launches
  • •Contribute to marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies
  • •Conduct market research and gather intelligence
  • •Guide and coach junior colleagues
  • •Participate in the continuous development of the team
