High-volume outbound prospecting via phone/email for AI-powered eCommerce search solutions. Proven cold-calling ability and 3-4 years BD/SD/Inside Sales experience required. Personal mentorship program.
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS, Tech, or eCommerce a plus)
- Reliability in hitting activity and conversion targets
- Ability to cold-call and write
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outbound tools
- Very good communication in English and German
- Resilience, drive, and enjoyment of hitting targets
- 3-4 years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS, tech, or eCommerce preferred)
- Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
- Excellent communication in English
- Additional European languages (plus)
- Resilience, drive, and passion for building relationships and hitting targets
Tasks
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Convert MQLs into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Source and qualify prospects
- Conduct high-volume outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Cold call potential customers
- Build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
- Research target accounts in fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports, DIY
- Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams
- Refine lead generation strategies
- Attend industry events
- Generate leads from events
- Expand your professional network
