Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS, Tech, or eCommerce a plus)
  • Reliability in hitting activity and conversion targets
  • Ability to cold-call and write
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outbound tools
  • Very good communication in English and German
  • Resilience, drive, and enjoyment of hitting targets
  • 3-4 years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS, tech, or eCommerce preferred)
  • Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Additional European languages (plus)
  • Resilience, drive, and passion for building relationships and hitting targets

Tasks

  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Convert MQLs into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Source and qualify prospects
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Cold call potential customers
  • Build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
  • Research target accounts in fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports, DIY
  • Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams
  • Refine lead generation strategies
  • Attend industry events
  • Generate leads from events
  • Expand your professional network
