Requirements
- Travel across Europe to meet customers and field colleagues
- Verbal and written communication skills for product development, marketing, and sales
- Strong understanding of semiconductors and their manufacturing
- Technical experience in power management and analog semiconductors (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to take initiative and drive for results
- BS or MS in electrical engineering or related field
- Fluency in English and German (C1)
Tasks
- Develop and execute strategies to expand MPS presence in the European Industrial Market
- Work closely with the Field team to provide tools for success
- Collaborate with Product Lines to ensure development of market-fit products
- Prioritize opportunities and centralize market needs
- Drive alignment meetings with Product Lines
- Stay informed about Industrial market trends
- Support marketing activities and digital presence
- Train and equip distribution partners
- Interact face-to-face with customers for product definition and relationship management
- Promote roadmaps and understand market needs
- Maintain deep knowledge of industrial applications

- Bachelor's degree
