- Work closely with regional sales teams
- Shape product roadmaps and go-to-market plans
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insight
- Provide customer feedback to guide commercial decisions
- Support new product introductions and campaigns
- Support key industry events
- Spot partnership or M&A opportunities
