- Retain and grow existing client accounts
- Present dermatology services in a professional scientific manner
- Identify and analyze specific client needs
- Develop study proposals alongside the scientific team
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
- Achieve annual sales targets set by management
- Collaborate across departments to promote study sales
- Represent the company at conferences and professional fairs
- Visit clients on-site to build relationships
- Maintain timely updates in the CRM system
- Support the development of price calculation tools
- Monitor competitors and improve marketing operations
- Report regularly on commercial activities
- Assist with accounting recovery and collections
