- Ability to develop strategic partnerships
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to identify performance drivers
- Ability to adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present at exhibitions and conferences
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
Tasks
- Increase sales and market share for Defense Sub-Segments
- Enhance brand presence in Central Europe
- Serve as the segment knowledge holder in the region
- Map and analyze the market to identify success opportunities
- Identify and engage key stakeholders in potential customers
- Initiate first business with new accounts
- Coach local sales teams to support their activities
- Create brand awareness through events and speeches
- Identify customer needs and initiate product development
- Serve as the divisional point of contact for the segment
- Map and identify channel partners for a successful strategy
- Collaborate closely with Global BDM Defense and Application Center
- Represent main Key Accounts and share success stories
- Identify and develop business cases for new product opportunities
- Increase revenues and profitability through strategic decisions
