Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree or MBA or commercially orientated degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B CDMO sales, Business Development or Project Management
  • Sales or Business Development experience in the contract pharmaceutical industry
  • Thorough understanding of sterile and oral solid-dose manufacturing
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation
  • Strong fundamental business skills and negotiation ability
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
  • Flexible and rapid availability for business travel
  • Residence with good transport links

Education

Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Develop and execute sales plans to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Negotiate and execute complex development and supply agreements
  • Present Aenova’s capabilities to customers and create targeted solutions
  • Prepare development and commercial proposals in collaboration with Operations
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Key Account Managers on strategic account plans
  • Provide input into pricing strategy for assigned customers
  • Manage business relationships for existing development and commercial programs
  • Negotiate new supply quotations and support business/commercial issues
