- •Completed commercial training in business administration
- •Several years of experience in Independent Aftermarket Europe (sales, key account management or business development)
- •Excellent network in independent aftermarket (national/international)
- •High motivation and number orientation
- •Strong communication skills and convincing manner
- •Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- •Strong negotiating skills and willingness to take calculable risks
- •Correct handling of direct reporting lines and matrix organization
- •Entrepreneurial and business-minded thinking
- •Good written and spoken German and English
- •Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events

Tasks
- •Develop solid relationships with key and new customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Expand long-term business relationships with existing partners
- •Acquire and support key customers and purchasing cooperations independently
- •Contribute to business growth and the company's success
- •Implement pricing strategies aligned with sales and EBIT targets
- •Monitor and plan customer sales and forecasts
- •Network in IAM and embrace new technologies
- •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics to meet customer needs
- •Negotiate contracts with key and new customers to achieve long-term goals
- •Participate in internal reviews with clear, structured reporting
