Requirements
- Academic degree (MBA level) with excellent results
- Several years of professional experience in agent and broker distribution channels
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Dutch, or French
- Strong knowledge of macro-financial markets
- Excellent visualization skills for developing presentations
- Strong creativity and marketing skills
- Adaptable communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI
- Involves travel
Tasks
- Support business development efforts in AZ Spain, AZ BeNeLux, AZ Portugal, AZ CEE, AZ Austria, and AZ New Markets
- Leverage knowledge of fund/unit-linked markets and marketing experience
- Enhance sales activities with AllianzGI-based products and solutions
- Organize and deliver agent and broker seminars on AllianzGI solutions
- Manage central accounts for several Allianz entities across Europe
- Participate in workshops and regional meetings organized by Allianz
- Conduct customer presentations organized by agents and brokers
- Foster relationships with Allianz Directors, Market Management, Life, and Sales teams
- Support local AllianzGI Business Developers in various regions
- Travel as required for business development activities
