- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- •Monitor and report on purchasing performance
- •Analyze KPIs for supplier performance and budget adherence
- •Provide regular performance insights to management
- •Identify cost-saving opportunities and support sourcing initiatives
- •Track purchase prices, supplier terms, and contract conditions
- •Conduct data analyses on material costs and trends
- •Forecast supply chain risks to support decision-making
- •Prepare annual budgets for the purchasing department
- •Track budget variances and explain financial deviations
- •Optimize purchasing processes and reporting tools
- •Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- •Provide actionable recommendations to the Head of Purchasing
