  • •Enhance AI-enabled solutions for internal systems and support functions
  • •Take ownership of critical workflows, including external Call Center management
  • •Ensure service quality while redesigning internal processes to reduce manual touchpoints
  • •Build monitoring and KPI frameworks for Leadership visibility
