- Ensure exceptional user experience in the O2C process
- Liaise between business units and the technical SAP team
- Liaise between key users and the technical SAP team
- Ensure solutions meet operational needs
- Facilitate workshops
- Support testing activities
- Support training activities
- Manage small-scale projects
- Manage specific components of global initiatives
- Introduce best practices to elevate process quality
- Standardize best practices to elevate process quality
- Elevate process quality inside SAP
- Elevate process quality outside SAP
