Requirements

  • •University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • •Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG Marketing or Shopper Marketing
  • •Strong business acumen, including P&L and business case understanding
  • •Proven experience across the Marketing Mix: Innovation & Launch Management, Communication & Media Planning, 360 Activation & Promotion, Analysis, and Strategy Development
  • •Experience in an international matrix organization is an advantage
  • •Holistic thinker with passion, courage, and a can-do attitude, able to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement marketing plans
  • •Align pricing, promotion, and media strategies with global and regional requirements
  • •Propose and manage product assortment for target countries
  • •Participate in and lead multifunctional projects
  • •Manage product launch processes and post-launch activities
  • •Create and implement promotions and supporting materials
  • •Develop local communication activities using global toolkits
  • •Collaborate with external agencies and evaluate their performance
