Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- 10+ years international brand marketing and communications experience, ideally FMCG
- Proven track record building, scaling, strengthening consumer brands
- Led development of large-scale brand platforms, communication architectures, integrated campaigns
- Extensive experience driving brand redesigns, visual identity, packaging strategies
- Comfortable defining long-term brand strategy and campaign execution
- Successfully led and inspired in-house creative teams and external agencies
- Strong expertise digital-first, social, influencer, content, e-commerce brand building
- Thrives in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments; strategic, pragmatic, low-ego, action-oriented leadership
Tasks
- Define and evolve brand positioning
- Develop brand architecture and visual identity
- Create communication strategy across categories and channels
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence in campaigns and content
- Lead development of integrated communication platforms
- Drive brand awareness and long-term equity
- Shape consumer-centric communication strategies
- Identify target audiences and key messages
- Develop activation plans and channel-specific approaches
- Oversee visual identity and packaging evolution
- Lead and develop internal creative and brand teams
- Manage external agencies and production partners
- Collaborate with Product, DTC, International, and Local Marketing teams
- Create seamless consumer journeys and integrated brand experiences
- Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness
- Allocate marketing investments to maximize ROI
