- Perform genome and metagenome assembly and annotation
- Analyze differential gene expression
- Maintain IT and data infrastructure
- Store, transfer, and archive NGS data
- Document analyses accurately
- Prepare clear reports for team and partners
- Handle sequencing data from various technologies
- Develop new bioinformatic pipelines
- Automate existing processes
