Requirements
- •Mehrjährige Erfahrung im BI- oder Analytics-Umfeld

- •Several years of experience in BI / Analytics roles

- •Own the company-wide KPI framework
- •Define and prioritize steering-relevant KPIs
- •Document and approve business metrics
- •Manage the central semantic layer
- •Ensure consistent KPI logic across dashboards
- •Bridge business teams and data engineering
- •Translate requirements into BI concepts
- •Facilitate KPI alignment and discussions
- •Develop the analytics product vision
- •Design executive and department dashboards
- •Build self-service BI areas
- •Establish reporting and UX standards
- •Write LookML and SQL definitions
- •Prioritize the BI backlog
- •Maintain data quality and performance
- •Map and document end-to-end processes
- •Link core processes to measurable KPIs
- •Conduct data-driven process reviews
