Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical drive technology
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems beneficial
- Understanding of CRM system, preferably Salesforce, preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Growth-orientated, strategic thinking and approach
- Confident dealing with customers on phone, Teams, and on site

- Acquire new sales and service partners
- Organize regular review calls with top partners
- Support partners with application and offer preparation
- Participate in trade fairs and joint customer visits
- Monitor competitor activities
- Manage partner contracts
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional tools
- Maintain strong partner relationships through travel
- Develop technical and application solutions for partners
- Introduce and maintain communication tools with partners
- Prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with regional sales colleagues
- Train partners on product offerings and sales procedures
- Support continuous development of partner expertise
- Conduct joint customer visits with partners
