Tasks
- •Lead the German and Austrian Cloud sales organization
- •Set and execute the regional Cloud sales strategy
- •Manage Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives
- •Drive complex enterprise deal transactions
- •Oversee revenue performance across multiple Cloud functions
- •Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
- •Align product sales with specific customer solutions
- •Coordinate with industry sales and specialist teams
- •Define a compelling vision and clear business priorities
- •Translate business objectives into actionable regional goals
- •Manage reporting, forecasting, and operational cadence
- •Implement frameworks to ensure high customer retention
- •Anticipate and respond to evolving market demands
- •Promote company values of trust and innovation
