Requirements

• •Training in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar
• •10 years experience managing a workshop
• •Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance
• •Knowledge of spare part management systems
• •Budget management and results-oriented approach
• •Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• •Organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Work eligibility, driver's licence, driving confidence
• •Availability on weekends and public holidays

Tasks

• •Supervise and coordinate daily mechanic activities
• •Allocate tasks and conduct performance reviews
• •Provide hands-on technical guidance and training

• •Prioritize campervan repairs to minimize downtime
• •Inspect completed work for quality compliance
• •Resolve escalated technical issues and complex repairs
• •Monitor tool and spare part stock levels

• •Maintain accurate inventory and cost-control records
• •Report on repair turnaround and budget metrics
