You will lead the company's Munich workshop operations, balancing team coordination and technical oversight to ensure the campervan fleet remains in peak condition through efficient maintenance.

Requirements

• •Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar automotive program
• •At least 10 years of workshop management experience
• •Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance
• •Knowledge of stock and spare part management systems
• •Budget management experience and results-oriented approach
• •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Eligibility to work in Germany
• •Valid driver's licence and campervan driving confidence
• •Availability on weekends and public holidays

Tasks

• •Supervise daily activities of the mechanics team
• •Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules
