- Experience with audits and compliance; familiarity with IATF 16949, AIAG and VDA requirements or equivalent quality standards
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Own the quality relationship for designated accounts
- Facilitate customer reviews and negotiate action plans
- Lead APQP activities and deliverables, including FMEA and Control Plans
- Apply quality core tools to prevent defects and analyze data
- Plan, execute, and monitor interdisciplinary projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements
- Prepare and conduct internal and external audits
- Track and report key quality and project KPIs
- Continuously improve processes through lessons learned
