Tasks
- Assist with day-to-day management of Public Sector REM unit
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow-ups
- Monitor government contributions to ICRC
- Forecast funding trends
- Prepare internal reports on funding performance
- Draft donor communication lines and narratives
- Support bilateral meetings with government donors
- Conduct research for donor meetings
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify prospects for Private Partnerships and Philanthropy
- Develop long-term funding partnerships with major donors
- Steward major donors through various communication channels
- Update donor relationship management database (4D)
- Support digital fundraising campaigns
- Develop and report on campaign performance
- Handle donor inquiries
- Engage individual donors in day-to-day operations
- Update CRM and provide mailing support
- Develop fundraising narratives for different donor audiences
- Assist with event organization
- Support Head of Fundraising Services in delivering services
- Develop emergency and thematic fundraising materials
- Engage with internal subject-matter experts
- Contribute to donor visibility and recognition efforts

- Conduct due diligence on private-sector donors
- Review funding agreements
