- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
- Prior recruiting experience helpful but not required
Tasks
- Support end-to-end recruiting
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Facilitate smooth and accurate hiring
- Support full recruitment process
- Source candidates via multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Assess role fit, motivation, and communication
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
- Ensure data quality and process consistency
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Keep hiring operations organized and responsive
