  • •Minimum of 6 years experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical, BioMedical/Pharma, Automotive, or regulated manufacturing environment

Tasks

  • •Lead integration of AMB QMS into Stryker QMS
  • •Guide the Quality Engineering Team in providing technical support
  • •Ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • •Promote open communication and engagement within the team
  • •Create a talented team by hiring individuals based on strengths
  • •Define quality standards and roles with function managers
  • •Participate in maintaining certification with regulatory bodies
  • •Lead internal and external audit programs
  • •Control product/process deviations and implement corrective actions
  • •Plan quality improvement activities to enhance product quality
  • •Monitor adherence to Quality KPIs and address adverse trends
  • •Support local and global strategies for Quality Operations
